Overview

Welcome to Miry Project. By booking a workshop through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before completing your reservation.

Workshop Bookings

By purchasing a workshop ticket, you confirm that the information provided during booking is accurate and complete.

Workshop spaces are limited and are reserved once payment has been completed. Your booking confirmation confirms your place for the selected workshop date and time.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated for private workshops or special arrangements.

All prices are displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.

Workshop Participation

Miry Project workshops are designed as creative experiences where participants can explore artistic techniques and create their own work in a relaxed environment.

Participants agree to follow the guidance of the instructor and respect the workshop space, materials, and other participants.

No previous experience is required unless stated in the workshop description. We encourage participants to enjoy the creative process and ask questions throughout the session.

Late Arrivals

If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible at miry.projects@gmail.com.

Depending on the workshop schedule, we may be able to accommodate a short delay. However, the workshop end time cannot be extended, as we need to respect the schedule of the instructor and other participants.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your workshop without prior notice, or arrive so late that the workshop can no longer reasonably take place, your booking will be considered a no-show.

In this case, the booking is non-refundable, as your place has been reserved and preparation time and materials have been allocated.

Rescheduling & Transfers

If you notify us in advance, we will do our best to reschedule your booking to another available workshop date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made at the last minute may not be possible.

Workshop bookings are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may arrange for another person to take your place by contacting miry.projects@gmail.com before the workshop date.

Cancellations & Refunds

Workshop cancellations, refunds, and transfers are governed by our Workshop Booking Policy.

Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before booking.

Workshop Changes by Miry Project

Miry Project reserves the right to make reasonable changes to workshop details, including schedule, materials, location, or instructor when necessary.

In certain cases, another qualified instructor may substitute for the instructor listed in the workshop description.

Workshop Cancellation by Miry Project

If a workshop does not receive enough registrations or must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another available workshop date.

A workshop session may also need to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, venue issues, or last-minute instructor illness.

If a workshop is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, we will work with you to find an alternative solution, such as transferring your booking to another workshop or providing workshop credit.

Workshop Materials & Content

Workshop materials, photographs, written instructions, and content created by Miry Project for this website and workshop experience remain the property of Miry Project.

Participants are welcome to enjoy and share their own creations made during the workshop.

Photography & Media

Miry Project may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please let us know before or during the workshop.
