Workshop Booking Policy

Workshop fees are refundable up to 14 days before the workshop start date.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable, as your place and workshop materials will have already been reserved and prepared.

Workshop fees are transferable, so if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant. Please contact miry.projects@gmail.com before the workshop date so we can update the booking details.

If you cannot attend your scheduled workshop, you may request to reschedule your booking to another available workshop date by contacting miry.projects@gmail.com. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

No partial refunds are available once the workshop has started.

For private workshop events, any deposit paid to secure the booking is non-refundable.

If a workshop does not receive enough registrations to proceed, Miry Project reserves the right to cancel the workshop. In this case, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available workshop date.

A workshop session may need to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, venue issues, or last-minute instructor illness. If the workshop is rescheduled, your booking will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, we will work with you to find an alternative solution, such as transferring your booking to another workshop or providing workshop credit.
